The promotion is valid from 01 October until 30 November 2024.

3. How can I join the promotion?
Simply use Phillip Bank Mobile Banking Application or EDC Mobile Application (EDC APP) to make Electricite Du Cambodge (EDC) bill payment with minimum spend of KHR 25,000/bill.

4. Who is eligible for this cashback offer?
This offer is applicable to all Phillip Bank customers including E-Account with Partial KYC and Phillip Bank staffs.

5. Will I also get cashback if I use EDC APP to pay my bill?
Yes. For this case, customers have to select Phillip Bank for your online payment method.

6. If I pay through both Phillip Bank Mobile Banking Application and EDC Mobile Application (EDC APP), will I get the cashback 2 times?
No. You can only get cashback one time, which its transaction amount must be equal or above to KHR 25,000.

7. Can I make multiple transactions and receive multiple cashback during this promotion period?
Yes. Customers can make as many transactions; however, eligible customer will received only KHR 5,000 (USD 1.25) per month per customer. Despite that, you can join and get cashback again in the next month until it reaches the promotion period.

8. Is there a required minimum EDC bill amount to qualify for the cashback?
Yes. To qualify for this cashback, customers need to pay at least KHR 25,000 or USD 6.25 per bill or transaction.

9. When will I receive KHR 5,000 Cashback for my EDC bill payment?
You will receive KHR 5,000 cashback in between 5-7 working days after every 15th and 30th/31st of each month during campaign period (KHR 5,000 per user per month only).
