Job Responsibilities

Debit Cards

  • Train branch staff and front-line sales teams on creating and using Phillip Bank debit cards, including card usage with e-commerce merchants.
  • Represent Phillip Bank as a product specialist for cards at offsite events and roadshows, focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Monitor the performance of Phillip Bank debit cards and collaborate with branches to drive new card sign-ups.

ATM, CDM, and Cash Bag Machines

  • Supervise the deployment of new ATM, CDM, and Cash Bag Machines, both in-branch and at offsite locations.
  • Prepare performance reports for ATM, CDM, and Cash Bag Machines, with actionable insights.
  • Conduct spot checks on the condition, maintenance, and quality of machines at branches and offsite locations.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates and those new to the financial industry are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
