Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot system/network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults.
  • Manage and track open cases at all relevant departments/branches.
  • Work and follow up with ISP to troubleshoot network connection issues for all branches and ATM offsite.
  • Implement and configure network devices for branches and ATM offsite.
  • Monitor network connection and bandwidth for all sites.
  • Understand on the IT Security documents.
  • Provide user support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Conducts research and makes recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
  • Manages and ensures effectiveness of security solutions including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Negotiates with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.
  • Manages and ensures optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment including routers, switches, and so on.
  • Monitors utilization trends, manages network performance, and assures maximum uptime.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, best practices, standards, and conventions in all activities related to application systems.
  • Ensure all network port security has been applied to all branches and HQ.
  • Implement and configure critical networks such as WAF, Email Security, NAC, 2FA, Load Balancing, Core Switch, and Firewall.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in the related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
  • Good knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, Internet Firewall, Email Firewall, NAC, and WAF.
  • CCNA and CCNP certification are advantages.
  • Experience with designing and developing networks in a complex operating environment.
  • Experience with Monitoring tools such as Cacti, Zabbix, IP System, etc.,
  • Experience with Cisco ISE and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Managerial, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of network performance tuning techniques.
  • Knowledge of current trends and information sources for managing network systems.
  • Knowledge of system backup and recovery procedures and techniques.
