Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy through competitive analysis, benchmarking, targeted messaging, and audience segmentation
- Create, edit, publish, and share daily content that fosters meaningful connections and drives customer engagement
- Optimize company social media pages to enhance content visibility and facilitate customer acquisition
- Monitor and analyze relevant social media data, metrics, and insights to inform and improve future social media strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proven experience in analytics, content management, and the ability to swiftly adapt to new industry trends and changes
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, project presentations, and collaborating with various external suppliers
Personal Attributes:
- Fluency in both Khmer and
- Strong ability to manage teams effectively, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate across
- High level of integrity, demonstrating a strong commitment to work and assist underserved
- Excellent problem-solving skills
