Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all lending activities of the branches to grow micro loan portfolio.
- To manage loan quality, to monitor loan performance and to ensure lending approval process of auto loans and digital lending efficient and faster.
- To design the flow and process of Loan Origination System (LOS) for branches implementation.
- To collect and analyst Loan Proposals before submit to the Micro & MSME Lending Division for final approval
Job Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Banking & Finance or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Microfinance or Banking industry or other related field.
- Sound knowledgeable of computers (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, Internet, Email…)
- Acceptable written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English)
