Job Responsibilities

Card Issuance and Growth

  • Oversee the end-to-end issuance processes for debit and credit cards, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and drive card acquisition and usage through targeted strategies and campaigns.
  • Work with the Head, Deposits & Cards to develop strategies for income growth and manage the card business’ Profit & Loss (P&L) by aligning pricing, promotions, and operational costs. 

Market Positioning and Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis on debit and credit card offerings to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  • Design strategies to position Phillip Bank’s cards effectively for retail, corporate, and Priority Banking customers.
  • Identify and collaborate with partners to package compelling benefits into the cards’ value proposition, such as discounts, offers, and travel insurance, while maintaining profitability.

Sales Enablement and Specialist Support

  • Act as a product specialist for cards, providing training and support to Relationship Managers, front-line sales, and branch teams.
  • Drive corporate card acquisitions by supporting sales teams with product expertise and value-driven proposals.

Job Requirement

  • 5-8 years in the Financial Services industry, with experience or strong knowledge in debit and/or credit cards.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, payment technologies, and e-commerce.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel.
  • Strategic thinker with skills in product development, data analytics, marketing, and customer experience.
