Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation, creating user-centered designs for web applications and digital products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, etc.)
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications and animation (if needed) for development teams
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful implementation
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a UX/UI Designer at relevant companies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web-based projects and design process
- Strong understanding of web design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience with animation and micro-interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
