From time to time, your bank accounts may be at risk if you lose your ATM card or Virtual MasterCard, or your account information may be compromised because of online phishing. Phillip Bank is committed to protecting your accounts and data if this happens to you! Phillip Bank provides immediate security and safeguarding for your account by giving you control over access to your accounts using our new feature, e-Banking Access.
E-Banking Access is available on Phillip Mobile, allowing you to temporarily disable your e-Banking services by yourself, which deactivates your Mobile Banking, ATM Cards, Virtual Card and other online transactions in case of emergency. When your account is no longer at risk you can quickly enable e-Banking Access again.
E-Banking access is enabled by default in Phillip Mobile. To disable e-Banking access, please follow the steps below:
If you are an Internet Banking customer but do not use the Phillip Mobile App, please contact the Phillip Bank Call Centre at 086 930 000/089 989 818 to temporarily disable your account and enable it again.
